The Club

Club members have enjoyed curling and socializing together since the club's origin in 1951. The present facility was opened in 1961, complete with 4 sheets of curling ice, a kitchen, a bar, and a large open lounge overlooking the ice area. We now have air conditioning in the lounge, to allow for summer use of the Club facilties. For rentals, please contact the General Manager.

How often can you play?

The curling season runs from October through April. The season is generally divided into 3 draws, each of six to eight games. Each draw is posted before it starts, and members place their names on the postings for each draw in which they wish to play. The teams are made up from this posting. Based on the membership type you select, you can curl from once to four times per week.

How much does it cost?

Curling is a very inexpensive sport. All you need for equipment is clean rubber-soled shoes, a slider, broom, and gloves. We will provide a broom and a slider to help you get started. The membership fee will depend on the amount you wish to curl ... but we also have an introductory membership offer for new curlers, just $75.

Not an athlete?

It's not necessary to be one. People from 6 to 96 enjoy this game. You'll get good exercise and have fun at the same time!

Want to try it before you buy it?

Attend one of our open-house dates and take advantage of free ice time and instruction. Just bring clean running shoes and warm clothing. Watch for our open-house advertisements in your local newspaper.
